Reese a health/physical education teacher and department chair at Highland High School in Highland, Indiana. She was the 2019 INShape Secondary Teacher of the Year and the 2020 Midwest Secondary Teacher of the year. Reese currently serves as the VP for Secondary Education and Aquatics on the InShape Board of Directors and has been a SPEAKOUT Day advocate for the past 3 years.
